You might wanna use a file host that doesn't require registration.
Other than that why can't you change the layer blending mode to screen?

Can you say exactly what's the problem? Don't you wanna learn to do this alone?

the problem is that im almost done and I can't understand step 6 yeah I want to be able
to complete this by my own and be independent I also want to be fast at finishing this

Now to add it to your image:

Just place the lightning on a layer above your image and change the layer blending mode to "screen". Here I duplicated the lightning layer 2x and rotated it a little. > this is what step 6 says

I found the screen thing but I want to make it turn out like this

so that's the layer blending mode I want to put a title and duplicate the lighting layer 2x in this photo

Well then make this photo your background layer, means the bottom one.
Create 3 layers above that.
One with your title, two with the lightning and blend mode screen.
