ScorpKnight's Sprites - ScorpKnight - 10-08-2014

As you can see i am pretty bad at making a sprite. How do you guys/gals make yours look so smooth and refined? 
i am using PhotoFiltre 7 and a template as a base.

you should spend more time on spriting like spend atleast 30 minutes on a single frame the sprite you posted doesnt looks good because it looks as if you were tring to get rid of it it looks like a 2 or 5 mins work

you could try making copy paste sprites ex: [Image: halfd.png]  [Image: ranger.png]  [Image: strange.png]  [Image: Untitled_1.png]   ps dont use template as base!!!!  All sprited with photofiltre7. copy paste things and edit and recolour them if needed.Its all practice.

i took TheKidd's advice and tried copy and paste. I wanted to know if I am on the right track and what I should do to make this one better.

First of all you shouldnt open another thread for your 2nd sprite 
Second look at the spriting tuts in the sprites forum it will help you a lot :D
Good to see a new spriter in the forum :D
use the report function because you are kinda backseat moderating now - read the rules about it - Simoneon

I recommend you stop making your pictures 95% white space.

Better than before.Frames are the single sprites on the sprite sheet (punching frames,standing frames,etc)

This Sprites R better Then The Last one's... Keep trying [Image: biggrin.gif] But try 2 give them some good colours like the kidd .. thoese colours look [Image: shock.gif]
