Electric Shock proudly with a full bladder, presents the Rooftop! A simple, yet pleasant obnoxiously dangerous arena overlooking the skyline of the city of Manila.
AND as an added bonus, free ads! That's right, KFC. Also, a cute little high voltage circuit board.

And you can't commit suicide by falling off the roof.

Animation: That banner (?) scrolls through a set of 3 advertisements per minute.

I'd get rid of the ad. Not just because of the shadow... an ad on a rooftop just doesn't make any sense^^

I thought about that too, but the way it's paved suggests it's actually a street (maybe going over a mountain).

It's actually a billboard beside the building, and there's a huge lot of that in here.

I kind of like the idea of LF2 related ads being integrated ingame.
You could try adding it somehow to Tai Hom Village, or even as a joke in Stanley Prison or something.
