1st Independent LF2 Spriting Contest (2015) - klodasmone - 05-19-2015
Greetings, emperors, and welcome to the 1st Independent LF2 Spriting Contest (2015).
Rules:
- 1 round
- 1 entry per participant
- the sprite must be posted in this thread
- theme: Mortal Kombat FATALITY
- voting will take place in this thread: you will have the opportunity to vote for three participants' entries (each vote will be considered as 1 point)
Time-table:
- entries accepted from 2015, May 19, to 2015, August 19
- voting will last from 2015, August 19, to 2015, November 19

I'm not a spriter but I think that the time period of entries and even voting is quite high, reduce it IMO.

i don't think i can join because i can't sprite very good,someone please help me at spriting and DC,I really wan to make a character!!

We (i.e. me) missed one year of competition and this contest is meant to be yearly, so, as compensation, I don't think the period is high at all.

Practice makes perfect, you won't be able to bake a cake without cracking some eggs, and gain through pain, mate.

does it have to be a mortal kombat character?
or can it be somehow similar to Fatality with some charcter from mind
and can it have more than 1 characters in it?
if i try to show the Fatality i cant imagine a good peace with one character

I see where you're coming from, so let me clarify: it can be LF2 or MK characters, and, of course, the minimum of characters should be two, also, it can be one still frame or a .gif.

ofc, you cant have a fatality with just one character. besides the best way to do this is a gif animation imo unless you can pull off something flashy with still sprites.
mortal kombat x has a nice set of fatalities
ill just take the concept and implement in an lf2 styled animation :P
