go into your small sprite and press resize any paint product will do the job and there its bigger

mind if i use your second sprite its really good for a starter great job keep it up

Not bad, but not good either.
You didn't sprite your sprite, but you re-color Marti sprites, put different head and body.
Try to do all by yourself next time, then post. Ok?

Nah. Never do 'all by yourself' at the beginning. Just remake existing dennis or devis to make it unrecognizable. Don't recolour - reshape and reshade every part, add some new parts to make it look different and cool.
That will give you any idea how sprite should be shaded or shaped.
