I say the head's too big, even for Kuririn. And if this is the guy as an adult, shouldn't he have hair? If not, why isn't he kid-sized?
And maybe he should fire the scattering bullet thing kind of upwards to begin with, so it doesn't look like it just randomly curves up.
Besides that, it's shaping up to be an awesome character. The charging frames look great, and the tails on the scattering bullet look awesome too.

I really hope you can change his head size to something like Sheldee's size
Also, just to chime in (hoping to sway your mind rather than just Whaat talking) about the yellow beam - Please keep the trails and yes, making it a bit thinner might be a good idea too.

@Jed: he looked like that at the beginning of dbz too. like when the raditz and the others arrived and in the freeze saga.
Heck he even looked like that in the cell saga. Only in majin buu saga he got the hair. And he was always smaller than the rest of them.. I think he is about the size of teen gohan.

Also i suggest you making those explosions of Expanding Energy Wave like 2x smaller so it won't look so overpwrd :/ and maybe you should also take the effect: 2/22 (don't remember which one is in explosions) out cuz it looks little stupid when you're hit with yellow explosions and have red flames, dunno. The explosions are big, albeit weak. It's so there is more radius and so the attack isn't wasted as it uses up 450 MP. But yeah I should get rid of the fire lol. Phil answered that hair question. And when I first made him I had it so he shot the scattering bullet into the air and it looked like Firzen's Disaster and stuff. But you know - people want the moves to look original as everyone tells me not to use Firzen's Cannon for the Kamehameha or for Galick Gun and Final Flash and stuff. So "I made it myself" (even though it's a recolour and edit of VGKitten Aeris Kamehameha that he made for me. And about the tails - they kinda make it lag for me cause my comp is n00b - since there are like 54 extra pics that get summoned.

as for the cannon shadow issue. You can modify bat_ball.dat and put the cannon in it to co-exist with bat's laser

Wait so bat_ball.dat's ID has no shadows? Same with Firzen's cannon?
But there would be a problem if I put the data into their data files. The hitting frames. Unless of course you are a master DCer who knows a way around that problem somehow.

Use any state between 3001 and 3004, and the ball won't go to the hitting frames.

But he want,the ball to go to the hitting frames,because he don't want to make it strong.Also he don't want shadows,while 3001-3004 have shadows.

Some Destructo Disc Updates
D ^ A - Summons A Destructo Disc
D ^ A (A) (A) (A) - Summons 1 - 4 Discs
D ^ AJ - Summons a "SUPER LARGE" (As Yamcha says "SUPER LARGE SPIRIT BALL!") Destructo Disc that blows up into 10 discs (as uses on Freiza)
As for Fierce Destructo Disc - I may change the final pose to the opposite side so it alternates currently: right - left - right - right
maybe: right - left - right - left
so ye!
Also I'm using a voice clip of Krillin Saying "Alright Here Goes! HHAAAAAA!" and as he says HHAAAAA! you can hear teh disc charging.
SOOOO.... for the destructo disc I cut it so he only says HHAAAA! and continues from there.
And for exploding he says - Alright here goes! so it starts from the beginning - that's why he's just chilling there for so long..
Haven't made the mouth movements just yet.
I changed exploding destructo disc from D V J - to D ^AJ so I have room for another move.
Maybe a melee combo or maybe that power aura headbutt attack used on cell or something else.
Also I might make a new move I haven't done before for him..
HINT: in the anime he says "NOW! FOR THE GRAND FINALE!" before using it.
