1st has too dark hair and clothes
2nd hair is too dark for my taste at some parts at least.

i think that too cuz it need to keep balance in all body when having somewhere 3 colour shades,about red jacket,i think i will make it more red than grey red.
Maybe some better spriter than me or atleast good as me can give some advices?

I like the 2nd best. 3rd one's hair is a bit too flat looking. because of the way your highlight goes from the bottom all the way to the top.. it looks like the hair is growing straight up flatly.
As the second one has the brightest highlight only on the bottom half, it makes that bottom half look like its closer to the front, and the top half looks like its closer to the back... giving it a lot more depth and volume.

Anyway it looks like you've got some nice improvements in your spriting mono.
