Ok, Plan of action:

1). Ask around in the tavern if anybody knows about a way over to Germany.

• 1a). If such is the case, go to that path/road/cave/bridge/random log of wood/magical teleporter/whatever and get to the other side.
  

2). If Nobody knows anything, get ourselves through the England Cave and search the sides of the river for some way to cross that river, starting with going East.
3). In the case of anything hindering us, actions will be taken:

• 3a). Beat the sh*t out of it.
  
• 3b) Convince it to move aside.
  
• 3c). Do something else about it.
  

4). Return the spider quest for tasty rewards.
5). Get to the land of the Snorbets and ask them of advice/directions/assistance, depending of situation.
6). Continue our quest.
