Whoa whoa, really nice, BUT.
Again the color combinations, it seems like it's not your best part xp I would make him like black and red colored (+hair that could be smthing ''normal'' like brown or blond).
Or well, another color combination fix could be:
Change pants (green) to black and hair (blue) to red/blond.

no offense,but i have to say one thing,realy.Sometimes you sound bit girly,like you will be buying some chlothes from my shop,no offense realy.Who are you,some stylist?
