This is a really interesting character, especially DC-wise. He is able to catch his own boomerang in midair, but first it must hit his hand, and then you press A just a bit after that to pick it up. There's also a side effect where the character picks up heavy weapons even though he already has a light weapon in hand due to the way LF2 works with itr kind 2. He can also shoot while walking and combine two boomerangs together (which you can catch too)!

EDIT:
>>JA has a sweet spot at the end of his kick. You should see the enemy fall down instead of forward and take more damage.
He can cancel drinking by walking.
