[solved] henry picking arrows

i was wondering...
is it possible to make a weapon (actully 2), a bow and the arows , but you must first collect arows so you can shoot them?

i mean..
1. you pick a bow somewhare in stage (but you can't use it cuz you don't have any arrows)
2. you pick one (2,3 or more arrows)

and only after that you can use it like a weapon...

is it possible?
