Lol... actually, without crouch frames, the char should just disappear into a shadow and dont do anything until you move him...
Anyways:
Wiro, theres quite a bunch of frames missing in the data... For example the caught-frames, the burning and frozen frames.
If you dont want a bugged character you should may take other char-datas and EDIT them rather then creating a entirely new one.
