pretty good, your clothes shading is great, but hair needs fixing as davis60 said,
and all skin shading needs more contarst not only in hands...
if you think this sucks wait till you see mine...

EDIT: your sprite looks too big....
i looks like her skin shading has a different light source then her clothes and her hair, and her legs are too long...
