big so you could observe it better.
1st I moved upper body up by 1pixel
2nd I moved upper body up by 1 pixel and bit rotated arms
3rd. I moved upper body up by 1 pixel and then moved right arm to right side and left arm to left side by 1 pixel.
here is yours and mine
also this is just preview of you sprite but breathing needs fixed "wait" for sprites to change

Changed it a bit, but I can't do anything more smooth in original size. Maybe will try to improve it later. I hate starting something anew, when it's already done.

Lol, finally I made something.
Aaaand, already started to wonder if I really want to create him as a character. Design actually sucks, but it's still nice sprite training, so guess he'll end as a unused sheet. Better will be if I try to firstly find really good idea, then start any project.

I think you are great spriter. I like this char. Shading is awesome. Only legs in walk are weird for me.

for me it now looks like he's walking fast more than run.
I'd suggest this leg-movement
that's just fast edit to show what I mean, you could raise his legs more or something
similiar to freeze's one
And while jumping, dashing the character looks rather static, he almost doesn't change his arms arrangement.
Well that's just my opinion , but I think you could use it.
And what's the frame after running?
I thought it's a stop_running frame, but it looks kinda static too, so I stay in believe that it is a start of an attack.
BTW. I love how detailed u stood with the rowing frames.

I don't know... the design looks good enough to me. You'll just have to figure out a nice theme for power or abilities, and he'll be definitely worth starting as a full character project. Also, sheets take so much time, you might as well make him a character anyway.
Very nice sheet, btw. Looking forward to it being complete.

My stuff:
| sprites | frozen |
1) DO NOT PM ME
2) Go read up on anatomy and proportions online. (google is your best friend)
3) Go read up on pencil sketching-shading.
4) Practice by making FULL character sheets. (Refer to bases and references if you have to, occasionally try doing things from scratch. You have to mix both methods; bases and without.)
5) DO NOT be an arrogant, self-righteous prick when people try to give useful critiques, and ignore the ones who are flaming idiots. (Flaming them back makes you one of them.)
6) Repeat steps 2 to 5 until you're happy, or you think you're good, then start sharing your knowledge with your fellow spriters.
7) Showcase your sprites. At first, do not be discouraged when you don't get any critiques, or lousy/generic critiques. Continue practicing and showcasing your work. With more sprites, it will be clearer what your strengths and weaknesses are, and people may be better able to give you better critique.
Lastly, if you think saying all this makes me an arrogant, self-righteous prick who is too selfish to share his knowledge...
Then I say you cannot recognise wisdom when I've just slapped you in the face with it. (Also, those steps are the same steps I used to get to where I am, I don't know any way else to truly learn.)
Unless you think its worth my time, go F*** yourselves. I'm not going to bother to even reply to PMs like "can you help me make this character?" anymore.
