[solved] I need help

Do you have to have littlefighter version 1.9 to DC? because when i tried my data folder it did have any of the things that my tutorial said, right now i have version 2.0

as long as there is working ##.dat files, you should be able to dc.
is your data changer can open the files, then you can dc.

Oh so you have to download the DC so you can open files? I didn't know that... Thanks, do you have any good data changers that I can download?

well the LFE mainsite is down atm so the closest i can suggest is azriels one. find it in projects section.
azriels is a new data changer still in the making. but it looks (i havent tried it yet) like it will help a new dcer a lot especially when it comes to making new itr, bdy, and the likes for frames.
otherwise you'll have to google uuhm... jiquera or something...

you can. its just azriel still wants to add more functions. but the primary funcntion. just simply data changing is there. just go and download it. no worries. can still dc
