LF News? Shall we do it?

Hello people i am BACK, more crazier and sicker then before... and i was thinkin to start long forgotten project again... => LF2 NEWS (newspaper/magazine about LF2 and events happening in LF2 WORLD)

LF2 NEWS will be coming out once a month...
we will write about events on famous LF sites , reviews of mods,chars,bg's....interview famous LF2 persons....

So i was wondering... Sholud i even do it? so if you want to see something like this... vote on the poll.... i'll wait till 30th of this month, you can also already sign in for the LF News crew....

@forgetlatios: agreed too. we should make the hottest and most popular projects' thread as stickies so many people can know them.
Once a month? That'd be too long. 2 weeks I suppose? that's quite bearable.
maybe i'll write some reviews if i got time...
edit: we should have competitions posted or written in the news.

i know month is long time, but if we want it to be somethn then we have to work on it.. and it takes time and patience....

Actually, I wanna ask you - are any good projects there released in around two weeks? (if you're going to update it in 2 weeks, I assume there should be released something new in that period of time).

So month would fit more, imo. You could find something more to write, not any blabla-berings.

A suggestion:
Publish the first part of the news (only half of the whole news that's finished and ready to be published) in the 2nd week of the month. then you can work on the 2nd part and publish it in the 4th week.
it depends on you and the amount of crew available though.
what about showcase of our spriters' best sprites? We should have a poll of it each month.

well.... thx for the suggestion... but i agree with simoneon.... what when there are no new stuff in 2 weeks... it's better like this... we can get a lot of material you know.... we could also have some contest and such a things...

Although I agree, I disagree. Judging by this statement we can assume that everyone starts their project at the same point. What if people who have been working on a project say, 3 months before another started finished 2 weeks earlier than the next?

I'd have agreed more with Tania, but... could always make it a monthly magazine rather than a newspaper. Means more pictures go in, articles will be of different quality.

To be fair, I only wrote that post mainly for the sake of argument. Monthly is just as good as fortnightly xD.
