Little Fighter 2 Special Version

Introduction
It's been quite some time since a good mod came up and I decided to share my favorite as a revamped and slightly more balanced project. Originally, this mod was made based on version 1.9c which is way too outdated now and my main effort was to port it to v2.0a. Credits definitely go to awesome data changers, spriters, and anyone who contributed with ideas to the game, my take on it is nothing compared to them. Original modders are probably listed on the "readme_sv.txt" file but it's written in Chinese which I can not read so if you're interested you can check the file.



Description
This mod includes new special attacks and combos for every main character (John, Deep, Rudolf, etc.) as well as many additions to side characters (ex: Bandit can throw knife he creates). Powerful bosses (Julian, Firzen...) don't have new attacks as they are considered enough OP anyway. There are, however, things that are missing from the originally created mod. One example being the stage mod. I intentionally removed & replaced stages with the original ones as it seemed too hard to beat and also it was incomplete anyway. I increased mp usages of many special moves as most were decreased too low and causing an unbalanced game. I used LF2 IDE as the data changer program and I must say it proved to be incredibly useful and I loved it ~ probably because I made it :D

I'm not entirely sure what's been changed since the changelog you have isn't very detailed and I haven't played the original LF2_SV in a while, but I can tell you that your new readme's HP/MP cost isn't formatted correctly; the original readme's actual HP/MP values are based on 100% instead of 500hp. Surely Firen's fireball doesn't actually cost 15mp, but rather 75mp which is 15% of 500.

As for stage, I think it would have been better if you left in the mod's first 2 stages and converted the music from .wav to .wma format accordingly. Its really easy for people to just copy paste the vanilla LF2 stage if they wanted to anyway.

For some reason, the file is always empty. I wish you could tell me how to fix it, because I wanna play this mod on it's best version. The other one is bugged and the stage mode is incomplete.
