Now THAT is awesome shading
but you dont really need a tut, because you just use paint with a slightly lighter colour each time you go over the body.

Yes blurrying does make a difference, do u have any programs besides paint?
Paint can help as basics but download programs like photofilter, photoshop or gimp :)
this might help ya...
