New Effect Challenge!

Silva created a new effect and state (similar to ice)
and i made the appropriate data and sprites to make it work in game.
the new effect is effect: 6, the corresponding state: 60.

if the template in this download hits any other character he will now get petrified (frame 150) - yes the effect is fully implemented into every character (this makes a com template almost equal to a com davis)

we thought that we could put up a little creation challenge:

Who can create the most bad a** earth/stone type character? (epic boss battle perhaps?)

v3 requires this line in your data.txt:
id: 997 type: 1 file: data\broken.dat

it is recommended that you implement the new effect in type 3 objects to make sure it always has a sound, preferably 010 or anything else stone like
i dont mind ppl teaming up

and refrain to a reasonable amount of files and moves - i dont want a character using more than julian does

updated first post:

data: julian and knight bug fixed (they got stuck after breaking due to their armor)
hex: effect hit sound implemented into the exe (now playing right when it hits - not after the attacked character stopped shaking)

+list of ppl taking part as this is spread over three forums and some want to know (who they could work with i guess)

so in v3 silva implemented the broken effect which fixes a lot of problems
also julian and justins broken sprite is edited and killing333s fall 9999 is added to every fire itr fixing the fire bug

i dont really plan on deciding upon a winner
we might only pick the finished characters we like and create a proper stage 6 with them
the real prize/what everyone wins is lots of experience and new characters i hope :p

maybe some of you here would consider helping spriters with their data? (in case you only plan to do data)
some might need help once theyve got their basic sheets done
