Correctamundo - it's also called a 'test' for a reason guys. Test / beta lol = going on
One day, I shall become, TUTORIAL-MAN: Superhero of writing overly long, overly annoying tutorials which most people probably won't read, but will give it a stab at the first 5 lines!

@Jed & forgetlugia
sorry for not making it clear earlier. I am a very excitable person and obviously I was too impatient and assumed it was easy without realising I could read Chinese >.>

@Siris
>Some combos are hard to perform, but give a lot of satisfaction...
yeah, combos are nice and have quite a lot of possibilities such as the gifs in the first post (if stared at long enough)

>Doesn't work with F6.
As said in the first post, it was intentional. Obviously Fantasy Leaf does not like F6 spammage and seeing that most of the new moves / extensions are more powerful, hence the block

>Some strange bugs happen (especially BGs)
care to elaborate?

@vandesdelca
>is this mod still on-going?
yes, it's still ongoing. Freeze and John will be next apparently, then the non-hero characters.

>the arrow button extension usage are still so few and... it doesn't have any so pwnsome Special Attacks such as the ones in "XLF"
too many moves is not nessecary a bad thing. YinYin can probably give you a 10 sided essay on that, but in short, if you have too many new moves, the original moves would be rendered useless.
This is a more skill-based LF2 mod with the focus on fighting skills and sticking close to the original LF2, but still relative to the original LF2, it's more flashy already, especially for purists. XLF on the other hand was more of an incarnation of a series of fictional stories which the author wrote and obviously he created all the super moves as per story, hence all the full screen super moves.

Won't say which one is better because different people look for different things. I personally believe this mod is aimed at those that enjoy playing the original LF2 because the AI here actually knows how to use the new moves to great effect, but it does have it's fair share of flashy moves (Davis's new projectile move comes to mind) without being over the top.

Fantasy Leaf hopes for more constructive feedback or any bug reports etc, so thanks for those who downloaded and gave it a try and thanks in advance for those who will post below.

a bit of progress here...

@vandesdelca
the major part of the readme has been translated already, which is the contents in the first post. The rest are just names of the move. Move inputs are universal, so it should be fine

These guys need a team of good spriters at their beck and call, sadly there are never spriters who can match their speeds or minds[save one who's never interested]. bloody hell. I want to see what they can come up with without limitation of existing characters.

I always keep my character designs simple but subtly deep because I can't stand doing complicated DC work, but man... if I had skills like that... *whistles*
"I may devour the five continents, and swallow the three seas, but a body with neither wings, nor hands, nor feet, is powerless against the sky."

My stuff:
| sprites | frozen |

This system capitalises upon certain bugs in the original LF2 and as the name suggests, extends certain skills which can be activated via pressing a single key input under some circumstances. It is now closer to perfection after some fixes with the EXE.

Can you elaborate on this a little bit more? I'm a bit curious...

Okey, i loaded and installed, working nice and so on, but:
Here is Woody´s movelist:
Woody
氣功波 D→A
地裂破 D→A+D→A
鬼車腳 D↓A
鬼虎襲 鬼車腳+← 反向發動 <- this is the bolded thing
腳刀 D↑A
虎翔霸 D→J
瞬間轉移 D↑J
D↓J
I can´t understand that bolded thing, i have to do D down A move and press backwards? It doesn´t appear as any special move, just Woody´s normal D down A move, do i do smthing wrong?
Might be back, might be not :^) anyways awesome to see you guys again!
