How to let new char use the 7 skills frequently?

I am considering to create a char which can use
D>A,D^A,DvA,D>J,D^J,DvJ,DJA frequently
But can anyone teach me the steps?

SO...
In first few frame (0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8)

first I don't think that is wat he meant. He want to make an AI that performs these moves. Well, this is hardcoded in the game itself. So in order to change that u will have to use olydebug and have some knowledge with the ASM language.
