I would like to give some tips for ya. I may not be perfect in making sigs, nor a expert.

1) sigs should have a clean render. i.e, the main picture. In this case gohan(?). often they are found
in some stock websites and I dont remember any as I am not making sigs anymore for people in forum.
They are with transparent background and contains only the character or stuff etc.You can cut them
out from pictures but they must be done carefully.

2) c4d designs, brush strokes, patterns make sigs decorative. Giving the signature
a feel through hues( only one base color with different shades) can help in making it look good.

3) maintaining flow in the signature is essential. they must not be scattered. Often the design and the subject should
have some sort of connection. It should be related to the mood of the subject.

4)the canvas should contain the main portions of the render. In this case Gohan's face and his arm are the essential part.

5)Text can be fancy. But it must be easy to read and should be palced at correct spot. Viewer's must not
search for the text.

6) Using borders can add touch sometime. Not all signature should have borders.

This is all I can think of now. These stuff and even more comes with more experience. Keep practising!

First mistake on PC- you left gap between the left ear and hair(too much)
Mistake on paper- you should have rubbed the faint circle from his face.
Overall it's good.
