Burning will still require every angle to be animated - if you want it to take only two burning frames you should give the character only one angle he's falling at (like Julian and Knight).
The running data uses the wrong frames.
And some frames don't work very well for the actions you merged onto them - especially the basic attack frame used as a throwing action.

Everything else like merging injured actions makes perfect sense, it's been done to a similar extend on all most recent lf2 characters such as Bat and Justin.

No, but it will make a character in development playable very quickly. Animation sequences can always be expanded later on.
