Try these exercises for some time, every day, 3x10-20 reps

You might want to try 'serratus push-ups' also

Do 2 of these exercises daily for 3 sets and it might get better after a few weeks

Make sure you keep practising good posture also, by just standing in front of a mirror and correcting yourself
