I know I'm not that good but I'm practising.

Here are two of my Sprites.

Davis as a base. This sprite sucks :P


Freehanded without a base.. i like him ^^

great sprites i like the hair of davis,
and the freehand is good,but the davis one needs blurring hair...

ok, 2nd sprite suck... he's boots are nice but very smalll... i don'w wanna to talk about hair
it funny... 1st sprite is normal but both sprites are very good for you good work for recent.

they are very cool sprites i think the Davis as a base one is the best.

i like dennis's jacket, though make the red flames(?) higher!
for the davis, add shading to his hair, and jacket
also, his green shirt is WAY too low
so it looks a little weird, but good work!

have a go at spriting from scratch, not using a base

they r one of ur first sprites arnt they? (i mean really new sprites not recoloured chars)
they look good 4 ur spriting lvl.
u just have to work on the shading (like nearly each new spriter :P) and on the proportions. the body of davis is much 2 big (2 tall and 2 fat^^) 4 his legs. i think u could make they lowest 4 px of his shirt to a part of his legs.
try to make some strands in his hair (like louis or woody) to get some structure.
and like i said, work on the shading. take a pic of an lf2 character and look where is shading there. u will see u have to add very much shading (on the left side of his 2 legs/ arms and on the left side of his body and......). if u would work on these thing it could became a great sprite

like prince_freeza said the 2nd is the best,
in the first sprite hes hands look a little wired because 1 hand is shorter.
