I like disegn of shirts but try to do more darker shade.
Porpotional is can be better(noboddy isnt perfect)..

The clothes idea is from Zylon from Redakai: Conquer the Kairu. I didn't make an invisible background cause there were just too much dirty pixels. So how is it?

Give yourself more time when you draw hair.Hair isn't just few line.
Scarf is nice.Face is nice too but The legs need to rotate a little, now seem to be facing us.
Other stuff is good...

The arms are a little, just a bit too small....joke...but really, you could draw better muscles.
yeah, really good designs.
For legs shading...i think that there need to be space between line.

Use the smallest brush size and then draw a strand of hair and then with a little lighter color do the final line.
