Even pretty for a start.

Looks like you used MSpaint for those. Try Gimp, Photofiltre or Photoshop.

I can't see any shading, so you could first read some tutorials in TUTORIAL SECTION.

I've actualy used photoshop. But i dont really know how to shade so i will see those tutorials and try to improve my spriting

I mean, WELCOME TO THE FORUMS! Nice start, but you should seriously read some tutorials. I would personally suggest PF's tutorial. The second one that Gad posted.

Just try doing it step by step. And you should get a great sprite. Oh and also don't be afraid to use a darker colour when shading.

Off-Topic: Yeah. It's because of basketball, but this forum is supposed to be friendly so don't take that seriously.

On-Topic: Well one of the problems - shading, but Gad already gave you a strong example of what the shading needs to look like. The other problem - your bases aren't really that great. You should try spriting on a LF2 sprite. Like in this tutorial http://www.lf-empire.de/forum/showthread.php?tid=3294 .
