Probably isn't glitched, but I use 75% zoom on everything in Windows Internet Explorer (I hate 100% and above).

This guy looks a bit chubby. Now, hair is nice. His left shoulder is curved. But it's a nice sprite overall. Keep spriting those anime sprites. keep it up.

Dragon Ball Z, yep. Dragon Ball GT, only the first five episodes and after that it hasn't been aired in SA ever since.
Pokémon, used to be aired in SA until sometime March this year.

Wrong hairs proportions and colour, also I think that shoes need more contrast.
Only after reading your post I noticed that you drew Edward, so yea you should fix his hairs first:
