What I had in mind for the contest (there are as many rounds as possible one vs one fights)
For ex.
13thZone
Siegvar
Apoc
HQ
etc...
vs.
LF-Empire
Freeza
Luti
Alectric
etc...
so...each round will have a new theme. and every member of the 13thZone and the Empire will only be able to participate in ONE SINGLE ROUND...means...each forum will have to communicate with the members of its group (per mass pm within the group) and decide who will be best for the current round. The opponents obviously should not be aware of their decision tough.
for example: the theme is LF Evolution
13thZone will probably "hire" Apoc for it, because of his experience with the theme. Other members of the group, are of course invited to bring in their ideas (mass pm within the group) AND are allowed to create backgrounds for the entries.

Its not only talented ones .. Everyone should get a chance, or else, there cannot be any best motive for them than this.. I am not against them though . But, all those Better-of guys are in 13th zone , at the same time, LFE members are not less-talented than them .. The decision is left to whom-ever-it-may-concern.

Oh wait you know whut...provide a poll so we have an equal ammount of users on both teams...but hide their names so they don't influence anyones descisions (like a one side win) and when the poll ends we can start on the theme...hows that?
or if that doesn't work we could allways pm a moderator about if we are participating or not and they they can decide where to put us...
