putting # is almost same thing with deleting that line and preventing that line to load.
This proplem generally encounters on slow-weak pc's like bp said.
And i bet your computer can't run W-LF2 AL too...
It is about many bmp's loading to game or many bmp load on per data file. For example if there are 9 different bmp's on one dat file its hard; 4 on one, 5 on one is easier to load.
So if this problem is encountering on a ball file; divide it by dcing. But if problem is on a char data file; i have no solution for that
also if these all not work; try sacrificing some unnecessary datas from data.txt. For example delete the template, some unnecessary bg files etc...

My pc is not so weak tbh... WoW runs perfectly on medium/high setup on 40 mans.
here are stats:
Windows xp sp3
intel core 2cpu (2x 1,86 GHz)
2GB RAM
Graphic card nvidia GeForce 9600GT
and i played dbz b4 with no problem, earlier LF2 with a lot of extra heros and never had such problem, i gues it's due to hmm eset or program pc optimizer or registry cleaner i dunno...
@xmfcx please explain it to me how to devide those files by dcing, cos i have no clue
about food i'm good at eating and making it

It's not easy for u cuz u don't know about dcing...
I would love to help you by wanting u to upload your mod then i download it then i fix it then me reupload it then u get your file... But i haven't got internet on my pc and i have even no chance to get my pc cuz im in my school dormitory..bad luck:P
but thats not that important..
Apply my last suggestion: deleting unnecessary data lines from data txt..
