RE: Snowhill island - Som1Lse - 01-31-2015 There are two things I picked up on from the above screenshot:
![]() RE: Snowhill island - MH-LABEEB - 01-31-2015 But still its good. You should know This is not a SnowGround. Hills are many far Away from the ground. So I think you Should not add anymore Ice on there. You should look that from the real life. Its Compliantly fine for the natural bg. RE: Snowhill island - prince_freeza - 01-31-2015 (01-31-2015, 06:12 PM)Someone else Wrote: There is a rather obvious seam in the ground. i did not mirror the ground sprites but this result came after i applied the indexed color option when i finished.. anyhow thanks for pointing that out i hope its better transitioned now. ![]() ~ updated RE: Snowhill island - MH-LABEEB - 01-31-2015 Anyway Good. Prince Can you put other Objects in the bg? RE: Snowhill island - Rhino.Freak - 02-01-2015 Damn I love the scenery!! An epic fight there with an epic music in the BG would be epic. I don't really know much about DCing the BGs so tell me this, would it be possible to add a small stones like blockage in the path? That'd look really cool in this. Coz snowy mountain areas tend to have some rockslides and you often find some stones lying here and there on the path/road. RE: Snowhill island - MH-LABEEB - 02-01-2015 Yea A little Snowy Rocks will be fine. Also some mediam sizes but don't keep too much big Rocks. Only Mediam and Small rocks. RE: Snowhill island - Marko - 02-01-2015 I think it would be irritating to have stones. It would ruin gameplay. Lf2 is not rpg game. otherwise Marti would already put something like that. RE: Snowhill island - Dragon5 - 02-05-2015 I enjoy the smaller screen size compared to other LF2 stages for some reason. Open enough for Henry to run away, but it doesn't allow him to keep running in one direction. Maybe I'm just a sucker for such middle-man designs. Can't really give feedback on the art though. The lack of animation does make it feel rather desolate to be honest. (02-01-2015, 04:41 AM)Rhino.Freak Wrote: Damn I love the scenery!! You probably could do something like this if you were messing with the stage mode data though. |
