Anyhows the cape has shading but little visiable. Here's a little fix:

EDIT: Oh, wait you meant back of the hand not on top. Silly me. :P
I think that's not important because i tried to and the guy should give the shadow that makes it dark.

the cape shouldn't move to the side at all and the face could use a more pointed chin.
p.s. on the one side i like his finger movement but it looks like he's playing an invisible piano. :'D
