nice use of color, i like this one the best so far.. the shading is just great (tho i can see u lost interest in the shirt area lol) i hope you keep this style up i wanna see more like this (;

I actually like the first one. The hair is nicely detailed there and the skin color seems better.
As mentioned earlier, you tends to to lose interest in the lower portion i.e. the shirt onwards.
BTW Who is she?

well, here you go, edited the colors, added texture, and details to hair. The dress is bit detailed. I only included the folds a bit and i dont want to keep main focus on other stuffs than the main character.
well, She is a girl from our college, here fb profile pic was cute so i drew it :P and gave her a surprise (sort of) .
