Yes, his leg could be wider a bit, but the real problem is head.. it's totally misplaced... It makes sprite imbalanced, falling to left side. The red line should be passing through the center of the neck. The diffrence might seem small, but is huge in sprites, espacially in pixel ones where every pixel is important.
Piece of advice, stick to layer of structure lines while drawing (simple guide lines, like main, just so you don't lose yourself in that "mess")
