in the sheet 0,in the 36,48 pic the shading of the hair is not good other then that i find it awesome.

Yeah, but I'm not realy good at drawing same hair from different sides... And you won't see this in game. I think that match the most.

make some parts of it transparent, the it would look a little more watery
or make all of it transparent
(not to be confused with opacity)

the water ball looks good but if you do the same things which Alectric said then it will be awesome.

Actually, it's fine without the transparency.
But it would look alot more like water, if the actual ingame-ball opoints some water drops while flying.
By the way, why do you have to put every single picture into spoilers?

maybe a tad transparency around the sides?
i think if you want to make it look a lot of water (well i doubt you would but heck)
add more specks and drops of water in the splash.

i put on spoiler because if some 1 dont want to ruin the suprise.
if i dont put spoiler it will ruin hes suprise for attacks.
