Nice job on the last one..
Personally i would go with more contrast on skin little bit, also more detalied jackets shading..idk few more dark lines to make strokes and dynamic

Try this "method" for hairs.

When you've got ready line, edge it with erase tool. The same you could do with his sword, or any other sharp edges.

arms look a bit thin and i think u could have used more shading/ darkness in some areas but all in all i realy like this sprite!
pose is awesome and the whole sprite looks realy decent
