RE: LF2 on Two Levels (Platforms) - TheNave - 04-20-2009 it should be there already..., just extract everything about the heavy weapon thing, I know it already, but have no clue how to fix it... could be a hex problem and not dc RE: LF2 on Two Levels (Platforms) - lf2TimmE1 - 04-20-2009 ermmm..yep..the exe there so i thought u mean a different one...so i tried the very first version of silva in this thread and it worked perfectly but when i try out the last version u uploaded there appears this bug i already told u about. p.s. i'll upload a video RE: LF2 on Two Levels (Platforms) - TheNave - 04-20-2009 hmm actually it should work... wierd... oh and I found out the reason for the heavy weapon jumping thingy (staring to YinYin), it is because of yinyin's ultra mega super secret double input methode he showed me... after picking up a heavy weapon, the character is on the standing frames for less than a TU, but if you press Jump at that time the hit_j tag will be activated, actually it's 0 in the standing frames, but with yinyin's methode it goes to a "faked" starting-jump-frame... I can fix that, though... putting a next to the heavy weapon walking frames instead of 999 in the last "heavy picking up" frame should solve the problem RE: LF2 on Two Levels (Platforms) - MH-Razen - 04-20-2009 woot guys, I tried out this project and you really improoved it. Seeing as I lack any sort of artistic ability, I'm completely useless in this regard. Right now we only have 3 backgrounds, two of them are just place holders, and the 3rd one is made by Lauli. So yeah, backgrounds are a priority! I mean i had to say something. Back to topic i was trying this out and well the map is like the top floor is pushed up from the floor. Maybe make it like the top floos is above the bottom floor so you can change floor on both sides. I am telling this, because its easy to go to different floor and wait for oponent to climb in front of you, so that you can attack him immediately while he is still finishing the climbing moves. In the initial page video, when the video maker go to upper level, the name (under char) go with the char. I download the Two_Level_LF2 and when I go to upper level, the name continues in first (down) level... Why? Can you help-me? Thanks. |
