Those look amazing! Top marks for cool moves!
Though, the exploding batarang, and the pellets look kinda over powered (only look overpowered, may not be, i dont know)

I love the counter grabs and the bolas!

Do you mind me asking what the grapple hook is meant for? temporarily getting out of battle?

the exploding pellets can be overpowered if they explode before hitting the ground sometimes.. its really random..

as for the grapple hook, it's used to evade battle or an attack if you're quick enough (if you get hit while grappling.. you get hurt and the grapple hook shoots off into the air byitself - lol). once the shadow disappears that means you let go of it and if you press D right after you can glide really far (D in midair is to glide). I'm also gonna add a grapple sw00p attack which teles you to nearest enemy and you swoop in and dive with a kick with VREST so pwns everyone else thats in the ways n00b.
and it can only be used while that grapple shadow is still present obviously so you have to be quick about it.:p

Bat bolas is awesome, good sprites. And kinda good DCing too, same goes to grapple hook. In grapple hook i specially like that little smoke that comes when he launches the gun.
E. And agree with alectric about those explosion things, to make them not-overpowered: remember to make other explosion than Firen´s and lower the amount of damage.

I dropped the damage from 125 to 100 lol, I should probably make it 75, cause sometimes all 3 explosions hit one character at the same time.

btw if anyone is testing out the latest beta.. the ultimate combo is to use the ice pellets then the exploding pellets cause generally they always hit and cause massive damage :p

The grapple attack... -_-
I first made it so batman and the cord he's holding are in the same spritesheet... it didn't work supergreat... so i decided to opoint the cord into it... this is without the CORD(the videos are 5x smaller than the gifs I made of it.)
(best to watch the vids in full screen)

then this is a video of it with an unfinished opointed cord (when he hits enemies he can get stuck there for a while if there are a l0t of enemies.. so the opoint wouldn't work either way...

So now I have to go back and put them all in the same spritesheet Evil

I was also thinking of making it a wpoint that you summon in midair and the weapon acts make it lookyoure swinging and when you get hit the falling frames make the cord sh00t up and disappear. Would that work?

Edit; I thinkl the opoint failled cause I only summoned an opoint at one part and make it have next frames. I'm probably gonna have to do the full spritesheet still cause it seems like the only way the cord will l00k stationary

Thanks man! But progress on Batman is gonna slow cause I need to focus more on uni hehe. Been spending to much time on games and such.

That grapple attack looks really good! Just little buggy there and there, but the idea and that backflip look cool! Wtg man.
You really make me feel i should continue on my char D: Even when your sprites aren´t as good as Apoc´s, your freshness and DC skills make this project really promising.
