Ideas for main chars HELL MOVES - Alectric - 01-15-2009 i already have quite a few ideas for some chars, but i would like to hear your opinions and ideas. Each char should have a hell move, they are fun to find out, and use. so here are some of my ideas: Deep: sword smasher, if you've played super smash bros brawl on a wii, and have seen ike's greater aether, thats what i am thinking of making it look exactly like (just as awesome) if not, here: he throws enemy into air and smashes them to pieces with his sword for a while john: demonic metamorphasis, john rips his crystal necklace off, and it glows. john grows into a massive blue demony thing with an enlarged crystal in his chest. the demon lasts untill you runn out of mana, he has 3 attacks. demon roar, sends enemies stunned to the otherside of the level, demon laser, fires a red beam from the crystal in his chest, and a normal attack where he slashes any near by enemy and knocks em' down henry: i havent thought of one yet, maybe he shoots heaps of exploding arrows around the map. rudolf: *unoriginal thought* the enemy gets held in possition, while tonnes of rudolf illusions slice through him from every direction for a short while. louis: hmmmm.... firen: you'd think it would be easy for me to think one for firen, but i am trying to go for orginality, instead of fire explosions everywhere. maybe he sets the entire ground on fire with his little ground flames freeze: un-escapable, like freeze's D > J move, except when he does it, he makes it spread up all the sides (of 1 direstion, to avoid overpowering too much) so he freezes all enemies on one side of the map. icicles everywhere. dennis: cyclone disaster or ultimate vortex, he does his spin kick move, but heaps of wind is everywhere blowing everyone about, then he sucks all the people into his main cyclone, and shoots them extremely high up, doing a substantshal amount of damage. woody: i've only come up with one idea, and i dont really like it. woody does his tiger dash across the whole map, and clones 2 ways (on z axis) and if he misses, he will create heaps of teleporting clones everywhere to sweep through everyone. davis: kind of like marshalls CE-LF2 move for davis. daivs throws his head back and yells, (a bit like louis's phoenix palm) sending all enemies flying to the furthes point of the map doing lots of damage. some extras: justin-transforms into a werewolf or something and is hard to kill, and does heaps of damage, good for an enemy... julian- transforms into a massive demon thing like john, but more powerful, in some way...maybe firzen-shoots icicles everywhere, then quick becomes fire bursts, so burnt and frozen in one move. look forward to your ideas RE: Ideas for main chars HELL MOVES - Yinseko - 01-15-2009 good ideas, but um.....if it's for your mod i think it's not good ide to post it here) so, i think that each char now have enough moves. when char have low hp, his most strong attacks will be how hell-moves ) RE: Ideas for main chars HELL MOVES - timber - 01-15-2009 IMOP you're creativity is great but some hell moves u though of aren't really that good. 1. John : Not really that good. A huge demon is pretty pathetic. IMOP : He charges is wand like when he is in heealing posision. Then he complete's the healing frame but instead of healing , he summons a teleportation field from the gorund infront and in back of him and whoever get's caught , teleports to hell ( meaning out the game like CL's move ). 2. Rudolf : That's already in Little Fighter 4 Turbo. IMOP : Cathces opponent and charges blades by holding up in the air. Once blades start glowing blue , he slashes and stabs like a menace and angry maniac ! 3. Julian : Pretty lame. But suits him. I mean afterall , he is a beast! 4. Firzen : How about him do his Firzen Canon and except , 10 times bigger and grabs enemy and hits like machine gun. 5. Louis : Grabs opponent and spins him like whirlwind throw except so fast he creats a tornadoe and tosses enemy in it. Then after 1 sec he does his pheonix palm and blows him into pieces ! 6. Davis : No. Already used. IMOP : uuuuhhhhhh....... 7. Woody : Enough with the tiger dashes ! How about does this extremeley fast punches and tops it off with a flip kick that sends the opponent flying in the air and the enmy comes down like a bullet and once he lands , it goes : BBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!! 8. But i tried an "Overdrive" fr my Onimaru Samurai char and it worked... uhmmm... about 1% Guess, meanwhile i would be able to create such an attack with catchpoint, but it would be REALLY difficult to synchronizie the position of the char and the catchpoint... You can try, if you want XD And the John-into-demon thingy is a nice idea, too... I wanted to mae a necromancer-form of John with some nice spells, including summoning a super demon ^^ But you should make restrictions for thehell moves, otherwise, a bear bottle could be sometzhing like a tripple Smash Ball for LF2 ^^ RE: Ideas for main chars HELL MOVES - speedthief - 01-15-2009 nice ideas especially the woody one. i have one idea for louis that is to make a Super Phoenix Palm it means:not only the phoenix palm is powerful, it also can summon rocks and boxes to kill the enemy RE: Ideas for main chars HELL MOVES - 1477 - 01-15-2009 Good ideas, I got to give you that, but are any of these moves practical (in DCing terms). I mean, they're good but complicated. It would take ages to program any of those moves in and make them work. Not to mention that they're totally overpowered and plain cheap. To make these moves seem more fair, you would need a bigger key combination (I mean like 7x normally move key combo), and that would also be impractical because by the time you finished entering it you would be lying on the floor dead (assuming you leave the bodies on the chars while the key combo is entered to make it more realistic). BTW, an idea is to make combo moves (I mean like super combo i.e. 30-50 hit combos). Those are easier to make, and more practical because all you need are cpoint frames, and the rest are simply sprites . RE: Ideas for main chars HELL MOVES - Alectric - 01-15-2009 dont worry, i've given a lot of thought to the dcing...and kinda dreading it @timber: some nice ideas, i thought a lot of mine on the spot so gimme a break... anyway, woody's move is WAY to complicated to DC, and these are JUST IDEAS and i am glad you people are expressing your opinions so i can make the moves everyone enjoys. i know some of these are very un-original. i cant think of moves that would better suit these chars that havent been done already. the only ones i have no comments about is Deep,(except positive) dennis, freeze, and justin. so i will keep them. i gotta ask though, how is a huge demon pathetic? i will make new sprites and everything, coz a move that dellets chars is cheap, an OVERPOWERED. i like the idea of a john demon tearing his way through heaps of things, and stops after his mana runs out. i am trying to make them look as spectacular as possible thanks for the feedback RE: Ideas for main chars HELL MOVES - prince_freeza - 01-16-2009 so what do you say alec?? |
