I made few updates to my sprites. I would also like to know.. How do I add like a "Spoiler" type thing. Im still learning the bits and pieces of this..

The ninja one looks very cool for first sprites. I like the pose, shading, you mention it.

I have to say for me, it's probably the hair that you need to work on (possibly the hardest thing on any sprite). It doesn't seem all that good to me, maybe you should look towards the hair that people do on their characters or even Little Fighter characters themselves hair. To me quite a lot of your hair seems block shaded, whereas if you look at hair on other peoples characters it's more like strips.
I have to say the shape of the hair on the last sprite is a bit iffy for me too..
Other than that you're doing quite well.

proportions are actually quite good and it's nice to see that you are trying different poses. As Eddie said, your hair needs some work.
