Need help with new project

Hi, Im BlazeMax, Co-Leader of NSLF2. Restarting my NSLF2 project. However, would need help on the EXE editing. Any idea if this can be done?

VS mode
Spawn Minions every 8 seconds
3 Tower attack opposing enemies
Hero respawn after death 10 seconds
Game ends after the last Tower is down

Boss Seal will appear every 3mins of game. Defeating it, a scroll will appear. Whoever uses it summons the boss on your side.
