Gif profile pics don't work

As you can see there is a problem as said in the title

When you upload your picture to the forum it is resized to fit and the animation is lost, because of maximum size concerns. Use an URL instead of uploading.

When I open your profile picture image in a new tab I get redirected to LFE's uploads folder. This shouldn't be the case if you were using imgur.

For completing this up, the original mechanism converted everything that was uploaded, no matter if it was fitting in the specs or not. And because gif animations are ugly to "convert", they usually just take the first frame and convert that into a static image.

I have changed it to make this conversion optional. If you uncheck the "Try to resize my avatar if it is too large."-option, it will directly try to use your upload as a new avatar (keep in mind that if it doesn't fall within the specs, the page will report an error).
