here is an idea: draw the most random thing that comes to your mind. Like a cat with laser beam eyes flying on a cloud that is being eaten by a giraffe with shark fins and tusks, while in outer space, and playing a ukulele (small guitar)

what could possibly go wrong? i wanna see it, even if you think it looks utterly crap

hm.. I agree without the "background story" its kinda hard to crasp all the details. She is actually standing in some windy place so her hair is all wooooa (at least supposed to be)
Chibi hands are like that (last time i checked) though maybe the left one is kinda too thick.

Well , the ends are not less than like octopus tentacles. And, for the eyes, she is facing a night mare? Nice art btw. This looks really cute. wanna have a doll like it in my bed room ;p;
