Same goes for "Madara Uchicha". He only asked some DC questions that already were answered somewhere in some topic somewhen. I wouldn't bother either using the search function. And I really can't understand that he deserves a ban only for that.

I have nothing against beginners, asking around, or doing nonsense chars. But if they go into spamming (both, goop and Madara did, simply look at the mass of short and senseless posts =SPAM) and don't listen to ANY advices...
Why the hell you shouldn't ban them in that case?
