I need to stop the HP's growth and increase the MP's growth for my MOD.

How can I do this?

dunno where, but there was a thread about faster MP regeneration like Firzen and Julian and Silva solved it...
maybe you should search for that

It's already in the dll, in generic.inc ... Try checking the dll before posting >.<.
