there was a mod made ages ago called 'KT-LF2' on the official (chinese) forums and had that exact move...for dennis
though, this guys is clearly not that great at english, so he may actually be the creator, and for some reason just sort of spamming them here

I think there should be rules - where you should post some screenprints beforehand atleast. So that people can see whats going on. I doubt they're his, he's not bothered to post anything else.
