Hey this doesn't look too shabby. I don't see any major flaws in that, so good work.
What fighting style is this Bat gonna have?  Martial Arts?

Looks great. The only thing though is that the things you added on to bat don't match the shading of the skin or hair.

Very Nice work but I think the Hair must be darker they are too bright.
