I'm laughing at the 'she needs to look like a girl' posts, he's already put
Jan's head on a robe wearing body, and robe's aren't gender
discriminate.

That's about as much as you can do without taking the 'fanservice'
approach, which I honestly detest with a passion.

Following the move ideas...
(plus Japanese names, because stuff sounds awesome in Japanese )

The idea ran away with me, so I spoilered it. (Click to View)

Smoke Orb (Endan Kyuutai): Throwing an orb at the ground causes it
to shatter and release a screen of smoke that enemies get lost in, and
hides Lea's movements.
(Make enemies lost ~ put some 'unhittable coms' in the smoke to draw
the CPUs, and have Lea have a second of 'invisibility' maybe?)

Poisoned Knife (Doku Kogatana): Lea attacks with a hidden knife
drenched in poison. The target takes damage even after the wound
has been inflicted (for a short time meby?).

Exploding Seal (Kibaku Sumitsuki): Lea places/draws/magics/sticks a
special seal to the ground/object/foe, which explodes with force
(after ~3 seconds/when tripped?).

Decoy Escape (Daiyou Touhi): When lying down, Lea can disappear,
leaving a puff of smoke and the leaf or something, and reappears (near
an opponent/ally/some distance away).

Sorry but above doesnt looks Gracefull or something else it just look... wild and uncivilisated :P
although the hair shading is pretty good...

But lea is quite Gracefull and doing things with style not just raw attacking :P
