That "No Rest" drawing is awesome, really. Nothing I could add that hasn't been said on DA.
I do like your Reaper drawing as well, especially the foldings and the scythe. If you want to make him a bit more scary without changing the outlooks, you could try a forward moving pose with the scythe stricking out or a simple background. White doesn't really help to give a scary impression.
Count Alectric is awesome. Bow tie should be orange though.

Well, his suit is based on the classic "white tie" evening suit, more commonly referred to as "top hat and tails" (>Wikipedia Page<).
The classic version of this suit is a black tail coat and a white tie, and special trousers specifically designed to not fold when you just stand in them, like your average suit trousers except worse (trust me, I've worn a pair...). They also sport a slightly shinier stripe along the outside. The white bowtie is quite simply a remainder from that suit, since the rest is changed.
And also, I know you have really curly hair, but curly hair is, to be honest, a pain in the rear to draw :3. Also, a backslick fitted the count-image better.
