How do I create this move

I was looking at the clips on the homepage ( you should realy check it out it is awesome) when I saw rudolf pull some awesome moves and I wondered how do I create just one of them wich I can use as a escape tactic I know about the states and kinds etc but I wanna know how do I make him jump backward , how high and how far and with what speed here is the image

To make him jump backwards?
Well, you can use negative dvy: and dvx: values.
Like... uh. One frame, wait: 1, where he has no bdy, with dvy: -14 and dvx: -20.

It's important that there's no bdy in this frame, otherwise, if that character would get it, he would fly pretty far.

On another note, I don't really get why you particularly asked about this jumping backwards. It's not that difficult, you know?

Yah but I am still learning anyway i created a new move for rudolf called rudolf_slash but when I enter the combo to create the move He only creates a shadow and it is under a ball id and a new one the type is correct the folder directory is correct the sprites is there and it is mirrored so what's up with that ( didn;t create new topic cause don't wanna spam )

I don't get what you mean with "and it is under a ball id"
Anyways, you could check if the frame numbers are correct. It could be that either the hit_??: input leads to a non-existent frame, or that a next: leads to a non-existent frame.

Otherwise, next time you post please use paragraphs.
I mean I can read your posts, but it's easier to read.

I checked and everything is correct the frame number the hit_da is fine

Shadow: Somewhere there is a missing frame number or a missing sprite. Period.

Check both, pic-numbers, frame-numbers and next-values again. If you still don't find anything posting the
